The Sparks Project helps young people who want to start a business develop their ideas, strengthen their skills and enter the business world on firmer ground.

How the Project Progressed

We Identified the Needs
A needs analysis mapped the challenges and requirements facing young entrepreneurs.

We Designed the Programme
Training, mentoring and demo-day modules were built around those needs.

Candidates received hands-on entrepreneurship training and one-to-one mentoring.

We Opened the Floor
Teams presented their ventures to investors and industry representatives.
