- Certified list and book value of machinery owned by the company, and a list of leased machinery (with the lease agreement) if any,
- Latest e-declaration of insured employees; lease contract for rented premises or a land-registry copy if owned,
- List and copies of quality certificates, if any,
- Copy of the tax plate
